Cooking Course, Eleanor Chinellato, "A as Ayurveda or food as medicine", presented by Kitchen 33.

23/03/2013 Great public presence for the ayurveda cooking class held by Eleonora Chinellato, ayurveda operator and trainer in Italy and abroad. The dishes prepared were matched to our Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut "Perlae Naonis." The richness of the spices that distinguished all the dishes, was wonderfully accompanied by the sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes. The elegance of the perlage, the fragrance of the bouquet, the acidity balance enhanced the uniqueness of the dishes.

Grapes used for "Perlae Naonis" Extra Brut, came from vineyard which was not been treated with any pesticide.
