We have invested in facilities and equipment that allow us the application of modern operational techniques in the cellar and thus allow us to maintain and respect standards during the vinification and aging, the characteristics acquired in the vineyard: soft pressing of grapes, temperature controlled fermentation and pumping in of red musts, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, bottling in a sterile environment.
