To produce a quality wine it is important that every stage of production should be attentively taken care of. Although the link between the quality of the grapes and the wine quality is very narrow, still it is not the only deciding factor; making a quality wine also means implementing properly enological methods and techniques on hand: If you have good grapes, a good production technology can do justice with them.
Through constant monitoring of all production stages it has become possible to improve our processes and products continuously. In 1999, after establishing the "Quality Policy", our company became the very first in the region, to be certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001/2000. Setting rules and updating them constantly to make them more relevant to our business goals is to put the satisfaction of the consumer at the centre of our business life.
