Vineyards: Spur cordon. Alluvial soil with high concentration of sand and lime. Very permeable.

Vinification: After the grape-harvest by hand there is the red winemaking with maceration of the skins that lasts 8 days. Then the must is placed in special tanks where fermentation is completed in contact with selected yeast. After the winemaking the wine is fined in steel tanks for 3 or 5 months before the bottling.

Wine
: Red ruby colour, has a bouquet with notes of raspberry. Taste is round, soft and balanced.

: Deep ruby red in colour, the wine’s characteristic herbaceous flavour is both intense and penetrating. Full bodied in the mouth: good intensity and lingering aftertaste.

: Made from the red peduncle of a native variety, it is a typically Friulan wine with a strong, characteristic bouquet vaguely reminiscent of raspberries and blackberry. A vigorous, slightly tannic and pleasantly bitterish flavour. Young, vinous, fragrant, only slightly herbaceous.
