Tradition
The Carmenère and Pinot Grigio grapes are sourced from a specific vineyard area in Friuli Grave, known as Sugano and Case Sugan in cadastral records. Harvested at peak ripeness, they are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve their distinct varietal character. The resulting wine showcases a strong stylistic and regional identity, offering unmistakably pure aromas and a well-defined palate. It is not overly robust but rather elegant, with vibrant fruit flavours and a light, refined alcohol presence.
