We are an Italian winery and our cellar is the perfect meeting point between tradition and technology, on one hand it reflects the architectural standards of the local rural area, completely respecting the environment, and on the other, its premises represents functionality and rationality in the internal layout of the rooms where the different phases of wine processing takes place: iconic Italian vineyards and the wine-making area are followed by the wine storing room, bottling room, warehouse for the finished products, laboratory, typical Italian Cantina tasting room and basement for aging wines in the French oak barrels.

We have invested in facilities and equipment that allow our Italian winery to apply the modern operational techniques in the cellar and thus allow us to maintain and respect standards during the vinification and aging, the characteristics acquired in our Italian vineyard: soft pressing of grapes, temperature controlled fermentation and pumping in of red musts, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, bottling in a sterile environment.

 qualitY CONTROL

For the production of quality wine, each phase of the production process must be treated carefully. Although the link between the quality of the grapes and the quality of the wine is very close, it is not the only decisive element; making quality wine also means correctly using the oenological practices and the technical means available: if you have good grapes, good production technology can enhance them.
