Description
It has a complexity of inviting and broad fruity aromas, ranging from apple to pear, from apricot to citrus fruits, and floral from wisteria and acacia flowers to the rose, with a pleasant hint of glazed almond aftertaste. Round, creamy, persistent, moderately alcoholic, fresh and lively. It can be enjoyed throughout the meal, even with savoury dishes with a spicy component, but it is particularly recommended with San Daniele ham, Sauris speck, and chicory risotto.
