Description
We have been producing Il Concerto DOC Prosecco Brut for over thirty-five years, maintaining its hallmark features: fresh, fruity, and fragrant. Initially available in “small” sizes (200 ml and 750 ml), it has now expanded to include “large” sizes (1.5 l, 3 l, and 6 l).
Il Concerto Prosecco DOC, crafted from Glera grapes in Friuli, offers an intense and varied flavour profile. It softly caresses the palate with notes of sour apple and white peach, followed by a subtle bitter hint. Our meticulous vinification process and essential sparkling method involve refermenting the base wine in steel tanks for about 30 days at a constant temperature of 14°C-16°C. This imparts a complex fragrance, with aromas ranging from fresh citrus and golden apple to wildflower honey.
Il Concerto is a versatile Prosecco DOC Brut, perfect for various gastronomic contexts. It pairs excellently with steamed or baked crustaceans, sole, shrimp, fish risotto, shrimp and courgette couscous, pizza, and certain Asian dishes with sweet and sour nuances.
